Lawyers of Strategic Advocacy joined the II Conference “Judicial Control” in Kyiv

On June 6, the II annual conference “Judicial Control: Procedural Interaction of Judges and Enforcement Officers in Enforcing Decisions” was held at the Unit.City Innovation Park in Kyiv. The event was attended by judges of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court, MPs, representatives of the ECHR, private enforcement officers and legal associations.

Strategic Advocacy Attorneys at Law was represented by Vladyslav Pavlenko, a specialized lawyer who specializes in debt collection both in court and out of court, support of enforcement of judgments, seizure of property, as well as the purchase of assets at auctions and other issues related to the enforcement of judgments.

• implementation of the Law No. 4094-XI on improvement of provisions on judicial control over the enforcement of court decisions and its impact on the enforcement procedure
• the practice of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court of Ukraine on challenging the results of electronic auctions held as part of the enforcement process;

After the sessions, the participants joined the UBA Foundation’s charity auction and a networking session where they exchanged practical experience and contacts.
