Bohdan Khmelnytskyi is a practicing lawyer since 2016. In 2021, Bohdan gathered a team of professional lawyers and attorneys , and founded the “Strategic Advocacy” law firm. During this time, we have gone from a small team of enthusiasts to a leading company that successfully protects the interests of businesses and individuals in the most complex legal situations. We believe that our activities contribute to raising the level of legal culture and the development of the rule of law in Ukraine.

Specialization:
Bohdan Khmelnytskyi is the founder and managing partner of the “Strategic Advocacy” law firm, an experienced lawyer who started his professional career in 2016.
Specializes in criminal, administrative, civil and migration law.
The main value in cooperation is an individual approach to each client. Bohdan does not just provide legal services, but becomes a reliable partner who advises, supports and helps at all stages of resolving the case. For him, jurisprudence is not an ordinary job, but a matter of life according to the calling of the heart.

Volodymyr Klymenko – adviser of the “Strategic Advocacy” Bar Association.
Received a master’s degree in law from the National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”. During the past seven years, he cooperated with various public associations as a lawyer-consultant, held the positions of deputy head and head of the organization’s legal department. Since 2018, he has been cooperating with Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, defending the legal rights of citizens in courts of all levels.
In 2021, he participated in the creation of the “Strategic Advocacy” law firm, where he took the position of advisor a year later.
Mykhailo Yevsieievis anin Strategic Advocacy.
He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of law, of which 10 years as an attorney . Specialization: civil, economic, family, international humanitarian law and information al(media) law, consultant and advisor on legal issues to a number of public associations.
Yuliia Nazarenko – lawyer of “Strategic Advocacy”
Yuliya is a lawyer who specializes in advising clients on the current activities of their business and interaction with law enforcement agencies.
Together with attorneys, she provides consultations and participate in forming strategies for the protection of clients. She has experience in preparing documents, conducting analytical research, and analyzing court practice.
Yuliia is actively developing, her goal is to provide high-quality and effective assistance to lawyers in their daily activities.
