Supporting the defense forces during a full-scale war is not a one-time event, but rather systematic daily work that continues for as long as the struggle lasts. It requires constant effort, responsibility, and the unification of people who work toward a common goal—to help those who defend the country.
This is precisely the approach demonstrated every day by the Strategic Advocacy law firm and the Volunteer Battalion Charitable Foundation. In Kyiv, Volodymyr Klymenko, advisor to the Strategic Advocacy law firm, received the honorary award of the National Prize “Treasure of the Nation 2025,” which the initiative had previously received in the category “Charitable Foundations and Public Organizations.”
The fact that the award was presented in person emphasized the main point:
The war continues, and therefore support for the military must remain regular, consistent, and unrelenting.
“This award is about our teamwork. It is about the fact that helping the military, protecting volunteers, and developing advocacy initiatives are daily responsibilities that we consciously take upon ourselves. We are grateful for the trust placed in us and continue to work for victory,”
said Bohdan Khmelnytsky, managing partner of Strategic Advocacy.
Joint initiatives by Strategic Advocacy and Battalion Volunteer include providing units with technology, equipment, humanitarian supplies, and logistical and organizational support. This systematic approach allows for a rapid response to requests and provides reinforcement to the military where it is most needed.
The National Treasure Award underscores the importance of this work and reminds us that at the heart of Ukrainian resistance are people — those who fight and those who help every day.
