Bohdan Khmelnytsky visited the local court of Milan as part of a study tour to Italy

Bohdan Khmelnytsky, the founder and managing partner of Strategic Advocacy Law Firm, visited the local court of Milan during his study visit to Italy, where he met with the President of the court, Dr. Fabio Roia.

During his stay, he familiarized himself with the peculiarities of the organization of the judicial process in Italy, the internal procedures of the institution, the principles of access to justice, as well as the technical aspects of the court’s work.

Bohdan Khmelnytsky noted that such experience is valuable for understanding the functioning of judicial institutions in European countries and makes it possible to compare certain aspects of the Ukrainian and Italian judicial systems.
