Bohdan Khmelnytskyi is a practicing lawyer since 2016. In 2021, Bohdan gathered a team of professional lawyers and attorneys , and founded the “Strategic Advocacy” law firm. During this time, we have gone from a small team of enthusiasts to a leading company that successfully protects the interests of businesses and individuals in the most complex legal situations. We believe that our activities contribute to raising the level of legal culture and the development of the rule of law in Ukraine.

Bohdan Khmelnytskyi is the founder and managing partner of the “Strategic Advocacy” law firm, an experienced lawyer who started his professional career in 2016.
Specializes in criminal, administrative, civil and migration law.

Yuliia Nazarenko — lawyer at Strategic Advocacy Law Firm
Yuliia is an attorney’s assistant. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in Kharkiv.
In her professional work, she assists in handling client cases, preparing legal positions and developing defence strategies. She analyses case materials, legislation and case law, and drafts procedural and other legal documents.
She works on criminal, administrative, civil and migration law matters, and is also involved in business support and in resolving issues related to clients’ interactions with law enforcement authorities.
In her work, Yuliia combines thorough legal training, an analytical approach and attention to detail, while continuously developing her professional competencies and practical experience.
Our team additionally involves experts and specialists, whose knowledge is needed in a specific case, so the protection of the interests of each client is based on an individual approach, aimed at the desired result.
