Strategic Advocacy founder Bohdan Khmelnytskyi becomes a member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine

Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, founder and managing partner of the Strategic Advocacy law firm, has become a full member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (NUJU)

He was presented with his NUJU press card and membership card during an event at the Stop Corruption media centre in Kyiv. Alongside Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, members of the anti-corruption project team and media representatives also joined the professional community.

For Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, NUJU membership has become another strand of his professional and civic activity, combining human rights advocacy, work on issues of public importance and media work.

“For me, this is not just a new status or a press card. Above all, it is a responsibility for what we say, the positions we take and the information we bring to society. Law and journalism share a common foundation: facts, a commitment to principle and a readiness to stand up for the truth,” said Bohdan Khmelnytskyi.

The membership and press cards were presented with the participation of representatives of the Kyiv Organisation of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine.
