Igor Bondarchuk, co-founder of Strategic Advocacy, received an honorary award from the National Treasure of Ukraine Prize.

The fourth ceremony of the National Award “Treasure of the Nation 2025” was held in Kyiv, bringing together people and organizations that make a significant contribution to the development of Ukraine and support military and volunteer initiatives. Among those honored was Igor Bondarchuk, co-founder of Strategic Advocacy.

He received an honorary award as co-founder of the Volunteer Battalion Charitable Foundation, which won the award in the category “Charitable Foundations and Public Organizations.” The foundation solemnly presented the award to Bondarchuk, noting his personal contribution to supporting the Ukrainian army and his systematic activities aimed at strengthening the volunteer movement.

The Volunteer Battalion Charitable Foundation is a partner of Strategic Advocacy JSC. They work together on a bunch of initiatives to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine, like providing the military with tech, equipment, humanitarian supplies, and logistical and organizational support. Thanks to their teamwork, they can quickly respond to the needs of the front lines and build effective volunteer support mechanisms.

Managing partner and founder of Strategic Advocacy LLC Bohdan Khmelnytsky emphasized the importance of partnership with the fund:

“This award has become a symbol not only of our work, but also confirmation that volunteer rights, army support, and systemic advocacy projects are not isolated acts, but the daily work of the team we have joined forces with. As the founder and managing partner of Strategic Advocacy, I am proud of our partnership with the Volunteer Battalion Charitable Foundation—together, we are not just helping, we are laying the foundation for Ukraine’s future victory.”

During the ceremony, the organizers emphasized that the nation’s greatest treasure is its people, especially Ukrainian defenders and those who work to support them.

The National Treasure of the Nation Award is designed to recognize individuals and organizations whose daily activities bring Ukraine closer to victory.
